Suzanne launched her Real Estate career after observing that the "average" agent not only lacked professionalism & knowledge but only cared about the Transaction vs Building long term Relationships with clients.
She did not want to be "AVERAGE", so she decided to put systems in place to assure that her clients Satisfaction & Success are Guaranteed. She Guarantees her Buyers If they are not happy with their home purchase within the First Year, she will sell it for FREE and Guarantees her Sellers to sell their home in a time frame & price that they mutually agree on, or she'll buy it.
Suzanne holds several advanced designations from the NAR (National association of realtors). She has earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), RSPS (Resort and Second Property Specialist), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). She is also an expert CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist).
In 2016, she hired the Premier Real Estate Coaching Company in North America to help better herself and give her access to the latest tools in Sales & Marketing. She is also joined their organization and Trains and Coaches other Real Estate Professionals throughout the USA and Canada.
Giving back to her community has always been important to her and as a result, she gives a portion of her income to The Rotary Foundation, Canine Castaways as well as "The Shop with A Cop" program.
Suzanne is a member of The Rotary Club of Cape Coral Sunset and has had the honor to serve as President. She also had the honor of serving Two Term as the Assistant District Governor for Area 4 and just accepted the position of Major Donor Coordinator for District 6960 as well as President Elect of her Club.
When She is not working, she enjoys spending time with friends & family. She considers herself blessed because She lives in beautiful SW Florida and some of the BEST beaches are within a short drive of her home.
